نجمع المعلومات التالية عند تعاملك مع BRX:

• المعلومات التي تقدمها مباشرةً: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم المنشأة عند ملء نماذج التواصل أو طلب الاستشارة.
• المعلومات التجارية والمالية والقانونية التي تشاركها معنا في إطار تقديم الخدمات المتفق عليها.
• بيانات الموظفين التي تُسلَّم إلينا لأغراض إدارة الرواتب والموارد البشرية والامتثال الحكومي.
• بيانات الاستخدام التلقائية: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، الصفحات المُزارة، ووقت الزيارة — لأغراض تحسين تجربة الموقع.

2 كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

نستخدم المعلومات التي نجمعها للأغراض التالية حصراً:

• تقديم الخدمات المتعاقد عليها (محاسبة، موارد بشرية، قانوني، Odoo، امتثال حكومي).
• التواصل معك بخصوص الخدمات والتحديثات والعروض ذات الصلة.

3 الحفاظ على سرية البيانات

نتعامل مع جميع المعلومات التجارية والمالية والقانونية لعملائنا بأعلى درجات السرية والأمان. تحديداً:

• لا نُفصح عن بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث دون موافقة صريحة منك، باستثناء ما تستلزمه الأنظمة والجهات الحكومية (مثل هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، وزارة الموارد البشرية، التأمينات الاجتماعية).
• يُلزَم جميع موظفي وشركاء BRX بالتوقيع على اتفاقيات عدم الإفصاح (NDA).
• تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم آمنة مشفّرة وفق معايير الحماية المعتمدة.
• نقصر وصول الموظفين على البيانات اللازمة لأداء مهامهم حصراً.

4 مشاركة المعلومات مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نتاجر بها. قد نشارك المعلومات في الحالات التالية فقط:

• الجهات الحكومية السعودية: عند الضرورة لتنفيذ التزامات الامتثال (ZATCA، قوى، مقيم، GOSI، WPS).
• شركاء التقنية: منصة Odoo ومزودو الاستضافة المعتمدون — وفق عقود سرية صارمة.
• الاستشاريون الخارجيون: في حالات محددة ضمن نطاق الخدمات المتعاقد عليها فقط، مع التزام السرية.
• متطلبات قانونية: إذا ألزمنا القانون بالإفصاح استجابةً لأمر قضائي أو طلب حكومي رسمي.

5 ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)

يستخدم موقع brx.sa ملفات تعريف الارتباط للأغراض التالية:

• تحسين أداء الموقع وتجربة المستخدم.
• تذكّر تفضيلات اللغة (عربي / إنجليزي).
• قياس حركة الزوار وتحليل سلوك الاستخدام عبر أدوات التحليل (مثل Google Analytics).

6 مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة العلاقة التعاقدية، وبعد انتهائها للمدة التي يستلزمها القانون السعودي (عادةً 10 سنوات للسجلات المحاسبية والمالية وفق نظام الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك). بعد انقضاء هذه المدة، يتم حذف البيانات أو تجهيلها بشكل آمن.

بصفتك عميلاً أو مستخدماً لخدماتنا، تتمتع بالحقوق التالية:

• الحق في الاطلاع على البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
